An extremely light mouthguard which, once molded, fits the teeth perfectly. This explains its reduced size compared to other mouth protectors (a 33% reduction after removing unnecessary material).

The Nano 3D mouth protector is made up of three layers:
Gel-fit liner: custom and comfortable fit.
Exclusive nano inner wall: semi-flexible polymer layer for improved fitting, minimal tongue interference, better breathing and easier talking.
Monocoque shock frame: a single-piece structure that absorbs shock and disperses it throughout the entire mouthguard.

Molding instructions:

1. Bring to boiling point 125 mililiters (equivalent to a small glass) of water.
2. Upon boiling, turn off the heat and wait for 30 seconds.
3. Now place the mouthguard in the water for 40 seconds (do not exceed this time).
4. Take the mouthguard out of water using a spoon and cool slightly with temperate water for 1 or 2 seconds.
5. Moisten your lips with saliva before inserting the mouthguard into your mouth and, with the help of a mirror, align the mouthguard with the line between your top two front teeth. Then bite the mouth guard using your molars first and then your front teeth.
6. Bring your lower jaw forward and up into the base of the mouthguard and keep your teeth aligned with the lower channel.
7. Close your mouth while firmly biting the mouthguard. Suck in hard to remove any water from your mouth and use your fingers to keep pressing the front and side parts of the mouthguard through your lips and cheeks for 30 seconds. Bite for another 30 seconds to cool the mouthguard.
8. Take the mouthguard out of your mouth and place it in a container with ice and cold water for two minutes.
9. Check the fit of the mouthguard and repeat the whole molding process until it fits correctly.
