The 2015 edition of Tatami's Nova Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gi has the same technical features as its predecessor (the Tatami Nova Basic) but new embroidery designs.

Product information:

  • Approved for IBJJF (International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation) competition.
  • 425 gsm single-piece jacket made from High Tech Weave cotton.
  • Lapel with rubber core to prevent the build-up of germs or sweat.
  • Reinforced triple stitching in main tear-prone areas.
  • 10 oz (255 g) cotton pants with reinforced knees, triple seams in stress points and tubular drawcord.


The Tatami Nova 2015 is without a doubt the most popular Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gi among those seeking quality at an affordable price. It is perfect as a start-up gi but also as a secondary kimono for more experienced practitioners.

Apart from value for money, you also get a free white belt of the same size as the gi.
