Dear Customer, due to the lockdown in Spain and many other countries across the world as a result of Covid-19, it may be possible that some of our offices do not accept returns. However, this is unusual and most returns can still be made at the moment.
If you have been affected by this, we will inform you that the return has been unable to be processed and your time to return these items will be extended. This will include however long the lockdown lasts for + 15 days.

Information regarding returns:
Check your order as soon as you receive it to make sure everything is right. You can try on the product to see whether it fits you but don't remove any tags or let it pick up odors or stains, as we will be unable to accept the return.
• Deadline: you must notify us within 15 working days starting the day after you receive your order.
• Defects: if the product is different than the chosen one or has a defect, Roninwear will pick up the product to be returned and send a new one.
• Returns: if you don't like the product and would like to return it, you have two options:
a) send it yourself to the address that we will provide you when you contact us.
b) let us arrange to pick it up from your home. This incurs a fee of 5 euros (for mainland Spain).
After we receive the product, we will reimburse you for its cost.
• Change of product: if you are not satisfied with the product and would like to replace it with another one, you must make a new order and specify in the comments that you a returning a product. Once the order is made, we will contact you.
Exceptions: DVD Videos cannot be returned unless they have a defect and will always be replaced by a new copy of the same title.
Intimate apparel (for example, groin cups and compression or lycra shorts) cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Roninwear will not accept any returns that have not been previously notified by the customer and subsequently accepted by us.
- Our online sale remains unchanged in all the products in our catalog.
- Delivery times remain unchanged.
- The client will be previously informed of any alteration of the stock or delivery times
