Its name, which means "head" in Japanese, reflects its connection to martial philosophy. Atama manufactures its kimonos in Brazil with high-quality Brazilian cotton. Among its most notable series are the Light, made of braided cotton, light and conceived for daily training, for hot days, or if you are cutting weight for a competition; the Infinity series, with no seams on the back to provide greater comfort to the fighter in guards with their back on the mat, and with reinforcements on the knees, to confer greater durability; the Ultralight series, with a lower weight than the others and without losing any of its ideal characteristics to train and resist the most demanding fights; and the Mundial series, its highest-end kimonos, considered the best kimonos on the market by BJJ professionals.
