- Super lightweight: approximate weight of around 260 grams in smaller sizes (size 38) and 370 grams in larger sizes (size 46). You'll notice the weight reduction from your very first training session.
- Lightweight Layered Structure: the entire upper is built with a multi-layer structure that combines ultra-lightweight, flexible material layers with micro-perforated mesh zones. This means the shoes mold to your foot from day one, stay extremely light, and breathe better — evacuating sweat much faster than other materials.
- Super Critical Foam insole: cushioning technology Nike uses in its marathon running shoes, now applied to boxing. This technology delivers high energy return with every step and, unlike conventional foams that compress with use, maintains its properties over the long term.
- Natural Rubber sole with rubber wraps: thin natural rubber sole that wraps around the sides of the shoe for greater lateral traction and durability. The sole design combines different patterns depending on the area of the foot: concentric circles at the front to facilitate pivots and rotations, curved lines in the mid section that follow the natural movement of the foot, and a grid pattern at the heel for stability. A spectacular support system
- Velcro strap on the instep: works together with an independent support structure that wraps around the foot and adapts to its movement, improving precision in footwork, stabilizing the area during lateral movements, and reducing the risk of ankle sprains. This strap was very popular on the original HyperKOs, disappeared with the HyperKO 2, and is back now by popular demand from many boxers.
- Velcro on the tongue (Lace Lock): a velcro pocket on the tongue where laces are tucked away once tied, preventing them from coming loose or getting in the way during sparring or competition. Anyone who has ever had a loose lace in the middle of a fight knows exactly how important this is.
- Rear lace support: features several eyelets at different heights on the back of the shoe that allow you to wrap the laces around the boot without them slipping — for those who prefer this lacing system.
